We have not had processed food for thousands of years. I don't know who has told you -- or what evidence you're using -- that processed food is superior nutritionally. It simply is not, and it is concerning that you're using that as an example.

"That science trumps nature in terms of its capacity to control risk?" <- There it is. The appeal to nature. Sorry, but I've seen one too many kids die from a vaccine preventable disease to say that nature was better for them than a vaccine. I've also seen kids living in poverty have severe health consequences from bad oral health from lack of access to toothpaste, lack of access to a dentist, and lack of access to fluoridated water.

There are plenty of studies that look at the effects of fluoride beyond dental health. Everything depends on the dose, but I think our discussion here is done, before you throw some other fact at me, like having processed food for thousands of years, or someone with an ounce of credibility actually stating that processed food is superior naturally.

You obviously came here with an agenda, but tried unsuccessfully to disguise it as "just asking questions."
